- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D ecosystems
- Translate future scenarios into product development priorities and investment strategies
- Chair cross-functional innovation task forces across engineering, design, and business units
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technology trends
- Oversee prototyping of 2026-vision solutions in our innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in exponential technology adoption (blockchain, AI, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of Singularity University principles and long-term forecasting
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with Fortune 500 partners
- Published thought leader in technology foresight (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and disruption analysis frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
