Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of 2026 strategic initiatives across product development and market deployment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver complex projects on aggressive timelines
- Drive innovation in AI integration, sustainable tech, and next-gen user experiences
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure initiative impact against 2026 benchmarks
- Build strategic partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions
- Present progress and vision to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven success in large-scale project delivery
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, or bio-digital integration)
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies and PMP
