- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop comprehensive roadmaps for corporate adaptation, focusing on AI integration, automation, and workforce evolution.
- Trend Forecasting: Identify and validate high-impact trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Workforce Planning: Lead workshops on the future of skills, advising on talent acquisition and upskilling strategies for the next 3-5 years.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global markets to anticipate disruptions and position Nexus Future Labs as a thought leader.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic consulting, futurism, or high-level technology forecasting.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Blockchain technologies and their projected evolution.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in predictive modeling, big data analytics, and scenario planning tools.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
