Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the end-to-end technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with market trends in Generative AI and Spatial Computing.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of high-performance, distributed systems capable of processing real-time spatial data and neural processing units.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., haptic feedback loops, predictive AI models) before commercialization.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing engineering team of 20+ developers and data scientists.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing protocols and security standards to ensure product reliability and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related Engineering field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Experience with spatial computing frameworks (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) is highly preferred.
- AI & ML: Proven track record of designing scalable machine learning pipelines and Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) and apply them to solve current problems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
