Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-powered predictive analytics platforms
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing research institutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning for disruptive technologies in biotech and nanotech
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for emerging technology initiatives
- Develop intellectual property portfolios for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms and cryptographic protocols
- Published research in IEEE journals on technology forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Haskell)
