Your work will directly influence products used by 50M+ users across 120 countries.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate-tech AI) with 18-month predictive accuracy
- Develop strategic blueprints for 2026 product launches incorporating generative AI and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with engineering, design, and C-suite teams
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Author quarterly 'Futurescape' reports for executive board and investor briefings
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2030 challenges today
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-to-market implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Shaping Tomorrow or APF)
