Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, societal, and economic megatrends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and innovation velocity
- Author thought leadership on paradigm shifts affecting Fortune 500 enterprises
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-era solutions in our innovation sandbox
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Foresight, Delphi Method)
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
