Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients navigating post-2025 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-state solutions (AR/VR, biotech interfaces, etc.)
- Present executive-level insights at global forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with 5-7 year commercialization horizons
- Advortise C-suite on ethical implications of emerging technologies and regulatory landscapes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record developing future-state roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy)
