Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce quarterly impact reports on emerging innovations (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Design and execute innovation pilots with 15+ global partners in IoT and sustainable tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors with data-backed ROI projections
- Mentor a team of futurists and analysts while establishing thought leadership through industry publications
- Integrate ethical considerations and sustainability metrics into all strategic planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Experience working in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
