Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and immersive environments
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Establish KPIs to track technological adoption curves and competitive positioning in future markets
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to co-create innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership with quantified risk/reward analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and technological convergence analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications on future trends
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrix) and AI-driven trend analysis tools
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on exponential technology adoption strategies
