Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human augmentation
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout and integrate emerging startups
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design incubation programs for breakthrough technologies with global scaling potential
- Represent the company at premier innovation forums and future-focused summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry journals
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
