- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and policy teams

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment methodologies
- Deep fluency in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
