Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum-resistant systems and AGI applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups pioneering 2026-era technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging paradigms in synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Present visionary frameworks to the board and investors for funding allocation decisions
- Mentor innovation fellows and drive a culture of radical experimentation across the organization
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with demonstrated impact on future-facing technology roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in emerging technology fields (quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI ethics)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact cycles
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (IEEE, Nature, or similar)
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages and quantum computing frameworks
