Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and market disruptions to inform strategic priorities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for emerging technology incubation
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable insights for leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent designation preferred
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and investors
- Portfolio of published future-state frameworks or trend analyses
