Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2035 innovation roadmap using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate solutions)
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global sustainability initiatives
- Present futures insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders at Davos-level forums
- Manage $25M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Author quarterly Horizon Briefings distributed to Fortune 500 CEOs
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Emergent Minds Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent domain expertise with 10+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in MIT Technology Review or equivalent tier publications
- Deep expertise in STEEP analysis and Horizon Scanning methodologies
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $20M with measurable impact metrics
- Proficiency in Python for predictive modeling and Tableau for futures visualization
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish preferred for global stakeholder engagement
