Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation roles with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: quantum, synthetic biology, AGI, and climate tech
- Track record of launching minimum 3 market-defining products/services
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or scenario planning methodologies
- Strong network connections with DARPA, NSF, and leading academic innovation hubs
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and investor audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
