Responsibilities

- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across emerging tech verticals
- Author whitepapers on paradigm-shifting technologies for industry thought leadership
- Build and lead a 15-person innovation lab of PhD researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven product commercialization track record
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neurotech domains
- Published author in top-tier scientific journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to production in regulated industries
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
