Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Partner with C-suite to prioritize future-proof investments and resource allocation
- Design scalable prototypes for next-gen human-machine interaction systems
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Establish KPIs for measuring pre-2026 technological readiness and adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech trends (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle methodology)
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment for long-term tech adoption
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing past future-tech initiatives with measurable outcomes
