- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and resource allocation for future-focused projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5-year+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Track record of launching products that became industry benchmarks
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R and scenario planning tools
