Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurist Technology
- 8+ years in advanced tech architecture with proven 2020s-era AI/quantum projects
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and federated learning systems
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing preferred
- Certification in future foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell GameChanger)
- Portfolio of deployed systems processing 1M+ daily transactions at 99.99% uptime
