Responsibilities

- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, large-scale machine learning models and distributed systems.
- Innovation Leadership: Conduct research into emerging AI trends, including generative models and neuromorphic computing, and prototype viable solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate business goals into technical milestones.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Advocacy: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation standards, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML research or development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks; strong understanding of distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate high-level strategic visions into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: A track record of solving ambiguous, high-impact problems with innovative solutions.
