Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze model outputs to identify biases, errors, or inconsistencies and iterate on prompt structures.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI use cases and user personas.
- Build and maintain a library of optimized prompt templates for various business applications.
- Conduct A/B testing to compare prompt variations and optimize user engagement metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and AI model capabilities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Bard).
- Excellent command of the English language with a focus on nuance, tone, and clarity.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems when AI outputs are unexpected.
