Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our core platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions on weekends.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance and scalability.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and implement best practices for security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) and willing to adapt to shift changes as needed.
