Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for our enterprise clients.
- Execute weekend maintenance windows, including database migrations and server patches.
- Debug complex production issues and implement timely patches to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate remotely with the QA and DevOps teams during sprint planning.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
