Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python)
- Implement robust APIs and microservices architecture for high-traffic systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement scalable solutions
- Document technical specifications and contribute to engineering best practices
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and at least one backend language (Python/Java/Go)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Portfolio showcasing full-stack projects is required
