Responsibilities
- Conduct Comprehensive Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Generate High-Impact Reports: Create automated dashboards and weekly reports using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure Data Integrity: Perform rigorous quality checks on data pipelines and databases to ensure accuracy and consistency during the weekend maintenance window.
- Support Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the core team to interpret data findings and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain Documentation: Document data models, analysis methodologies, and technical specifications to ensure knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Joins) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Virginia.
