Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software architectures and applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and technical decision-making processes.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Agile and SDLC best practices.
- Conduct technical mentoring and code reviews for junior team members.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (Backend or Full Stack).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
