Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform: Retrieve, clean, and prepare large datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
- Visualize Insights: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Performance Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership, highlighting trends and anomalies.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to forecast trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define metrics and improve data collection processes.
- Database Management: Monitor data integrity and optimize database queries for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the tech industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau or Power BI).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors in data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
