Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- SQL Optimization: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data and optimize database performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Product and Marketing teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analysis processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the technology or e-commerce sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization: Expert knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and explain findings to non-technical audiences.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
