Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Extract, clean, and transform large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL and Python.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive data visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to support weekend reporting cycles.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis to support business forecasting and strategic decision-making.
- Automated Reporting: Develop automated scripts to streamline data collection processes and reduce manual errors.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and present findings in a clear, professional manner.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure data integrity across all weekend reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or financial sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel (Advanced functions).
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Schedule: Availability to work a consistent weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) is mandatory.
