Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity for weekend reporting.
- Design and generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that drive strategic decision-making.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business strategy.
- Collaborate with the core team to troubleshoot data issues and optimize reporting workflows.
- Maintain and update existing data models and dashboards to reflect changing business needs.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security and privacy protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably with experience in weekend or shift-based roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
