- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical tools
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Support weekend reporting cycles, ensuring accurate delivery of performance metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Maintain data integrity through quality checks and documentation of analytical processes
- Develop ad-hoc reports to address urgent business queries during weekend operations
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and statistical functions
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts
