Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy for weekend reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast inventory needs and customer behavior trends.
- Collaborate with the operations team to generate comprehensive weekly performance reports.
- Identify data anomalies and work to resolve discrepancies in the reporting pipeline.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and macros.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Proven ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
