Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to generate actionable insights for high-profile clients
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards tracking KPIs, customer behavior patterns, and operational metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions for weekend operational challenges
- Create ad-hoc analysis reports supporting strategic initiatives and executive decision-making
- Implement data quality protocols ensuring weekend data integrity and compliance with industry standards
- Mentor junior analysts on advanced analytical techniques and best practices
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with weekend shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling experience with A/B testing and predictive analytics
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business-recommendations for non-technical audiences
- Certification in AWS/GCP analytics tools or relevant data science credentials
