Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and generate weekly performance reports
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for weekend operational insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure accuracy
- Develop SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources
- Support weekend decision-making through real-time data monitoring and alerting
- Document data processes and maintain weekend-specific data quality standards
- Present findings to stakeholders through concise executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods
