Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends in customer engagement and revenue streams
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for real-time performance monitoring of hospitality operations
- Develop weekly reports highlighting key metrics for casino management teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement data-driven solutions
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in reporting systems
- Present findings to stakeholders through concise visualizations and executive summaries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Advanced skills in Tableau or Power BI visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Experience working with hospitality or gaming industry data preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
