Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and generate actionable business insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver weekly performance reports
- Monitor KPIs and alert stakeholders to significant data anomalies
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and critical thinking skills
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-4PM)
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
