Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for client stakeholders
- Develop SQL queries to extract and clean data from relational databases
- Prepare weekly performance reports with clear visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation processes
- Present findings to non-technical leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Excel and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies
- Experience with healthcare data preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (7am-4pm CST)
