Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure clean, real-time data availability
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product optimization
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure
- Maintain data quality standards and implement governance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Weekend shift availability (Thursday-Sunday, 10am-6pm)
