Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines to extract, transform, and load datasets from multiple sources
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs and business metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders translating technical findings into business recommendations
- Optimize database queries and data models to ensure efficient data processing and analysis
- Maintain data quality standards through validation protocols and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and accessibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of driving business decisions
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and data integrity
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while maintaining high productivity
