Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Validate data integrity and implement quality control measures
- Collaborate with product teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to improve efficiency
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling narratives
- Maintain documentation of analytical methodologies and results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects preferred
