Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support data-driven decision making
- Present findings through concise executive summaries and data storytelling techniques
- Maintain data integrity and implement quality control protocols
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects as requested by senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and data modeling capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
