Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and implement validation protocols
- Collaborate with weekend operations team to provide real-time data insights
- Document processes and maintain data dictionaries for team knowledge base
- Present findings to leadership via concise summaries and visual storytelling
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from business units
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of data analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven data integrity skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
