- Collaborate with weekend teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and provide real-time support
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to streamline weekend data workflows
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Support ad-hoc data requests from weekend operations and retail partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization principles
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with ETL processes and database management (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering accurate, deadline-driven analytics projects
