Responsibilities
- Analyze weekend transactional datasets to identify operational bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities
- Generate real-time dashboards and reports for leadership review during weekend hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement weekend-specific data quality initiatives
- Develop predictive models to forecast weekend demand patterns and resource allocation
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, visually compelling weekend performance briefings
- Maintain and optimize weekend data pipelines using SQL and Python
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets during non-standard hours
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to weekend-specific operational nuances
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating weekend data analysis projects preferred
