Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- SEO Optimization: Implement best-in-class SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Code Review: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while participating in code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to integrate front-end and back-end systems seamlessly.
- Performance Tuning: Analyze website metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize load times for a superior user experience.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all projects and deployments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Core Skills: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Backend: Experience with Node.js, Python, or PHP is a plus.
- SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and website architecture.
- Version Control: Solid experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote and on-site hybrid team.
