Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes in Figma
- Develop design documentation and maintain component libraries
- Mentor junior designers and present design strategies to stakeholders
- Drive accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) across all deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS product portfolios
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies
- Proficiency in interaction design and information architecture
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare or fintech UX compliance standards
