As a UX Designer at Apex, you will:
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and fully functional UI designs using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and design specifications.
- Design and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to improve conversion rates and user satisfaction.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and executive leadership effectively.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design projects (personal or professional).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, or basic front-end development is a plus.
- Strong empathy for the end-user and a user-centered design mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
