Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Lead user interviews, analyze feedback, and create personas to drive design decisions.
- Create Wireframes & Prototypes: Design intuitive user flows and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and business alignment.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our internal design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Usability Testing: Facilitate testing sessions and iterate on designs based on user behavior data.
- Visual Communication: Apply visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory to create stunning, user-centric interfaces.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing past design projects and process.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar wireframing/prototyping tools.
- Empathy: A deep understanding of user needs and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Adaptability: A willingness to learn quickly and adapt to fast-changing project requirements.
