Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize system performance and implement robust CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security standards

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency in databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching strategies
- Proven track record of designing high-throughput, low-latency systems
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
